Thanks Jill, I think I might need it! I’m hoping s/he is connected to my Gaffaney family, so I’m slowly going through the electoral rolls to see if I can find an address that might match on “Bellevue”.

There only one Gaffaney fit the age group if it is Gaffaney?

Thomas Michael Francis Gaffaney is register in 1906 but born in Nov 1905.

He is the eldest son of Michael Francis Gaffaney (1875-1915) and Julia Agatha nee Coughlan (1879-1957)

As they say the photo was taken at 6 month (who long was that?)
In the 1905 Electoral roll Michael and Julia were living at Washdyke but how far did washdyke go in those day as we call show ground hill part of Washdyke today so it could easily go on Bellevue view area back then.

this is only one other suggest is to investigated if you any relation living at Makihihi at time as there farm know as Bellevue on main road. It also know as Quinn’s as original homestead of Nicholas Quinn and he called Bellevue. I don’t know who was living there in 1906. but it food for thought.
